Professional photographer based in the French Alps

After 10 years working for the UK Government I made the decision in 2007 to leave my job in communications and do a summer season in France before returning to the real world. That first summer led to my first winter season in the Alpes and I'm still here!

After a couple of seasons skiing with a video camera always in my pocket I decided to learn film making - this led to a brief but successful couple of years making professional web promo videos.

During this period I found myself learning more about what makes an outstanding image, and so in 2012 I moved into event photography. Since then I have photographed literally thousands of Mountain Bikers, Runners and Skiers in the mountains.

Now I'm moving my focus away from events and onto commercial photography, from chalet photography to front covers and articles for the likes of Fall-Line ski magazine, as well as wedding and family photography.
